Welcome

Thank you for being part of this study. In this study, I have sought to explore the embodiment of racism and its connection to psychological safety in the workplace for Canadian-born, South Asian women.

Please bookmark this website. In early 2026, I'll invite you share your thoughts on the emerging themes from this study. I'll invite you to consider how organizations can learn from the key findings of this study. You'll be asked to share your ideas for change and how to continue to strengthen psychological safety for second-generation South Asian women in Canadian workplaces.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me, and for trusting me with your stories.
